Location was everything. Right in the center of town, everything we needed was right in the vicinity. The room was clean the bathroom was clean so we're the sheets. Breakfast wasn't the best but I can look past that. I read the reviews and I had none of the problems described.

I stayed in the king room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was amazing!! The pillows were so comfortable that I looked them up online to buy my own LoL

Room was comfortable, but needed basic upkeep (vent hanging from ceiling, furniture looked worn). Hotel was quiet and even hallways had fresh smell. We had good night's rest both nights. Staff was friendly.

The location and the staff. The check in was very easy. The room was cleaned and bed comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good and smelled good.

The staff was beyond helpful and really nice. The remote didn't work, but the staff replaced it within minutes. Our daughter was there with her school and they placed us directly across the hall from her.
